1. Who we are

Mompie Cakes (“we”, “us”) sells toddler-friendly food products online and ships within the United States. Our contact address is West Palm Beach, Florida, and you can reach us anytime at [email protected].

2. Products and food safety

Our products are intended for young children and are made with the ingredients listed on each product page and pouch. Always review the ingredient and allergen information before serving — our pancakes contain egg and milk. If your child has food allergies or dietary restrictions, consult your pediatrician before purchasing.

Product images are illustrative. We may update recipes, packaging, and nutritional information; the information printed on the pouch you receive always controls.

3. Orders and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — with a full refund of any amount charged.

4. Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you choose (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks) and each renewal is charged to your payment method on file, including shipping at the rate shown at signup. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account — changes take effect on the next billing cycle. Renewal prices reflect the subscription discount in effect when you subscribed; we will notify you in advance of any price changes.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping options, costs, and timelines are shown at checkout. Because our products are perishable food, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a photo — we will make it right with a replacement or refund. 6. Gift cards

Mompie Cakes gift cards are prepaid balances redeemable at checkout, are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and do not expire. Gift cards purchased fraudulently or with reversed payments may be deactivated.

7. Referral program and promotions

Referral rewards and discount codes are for personal, non-commercial use. One referral discount per new customer; self-referrals, bulk code distribution, and other abuse may result in cancellation of rewards and orders. We may modify or end promotions at any time; changes never affect rewards already earned.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your access secure. An account is never required to purchase. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — the Mompie Cakes name, logo, artwork, photos, and text — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including with respect to food safety.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
