Shipping & Returns

1. Where we ship

We currently ship anywhere in the United States. All orders ship from our kitchen in West Palm Beach, Florida.

2. Shipping options and cost

At checkout you'll see live carrier options (USPS, UPS) with real prices and estimated delivery times for your address — you pick the speed that works for you.

Orders of $40 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping. Faster options remain available at their listed price.

3. Processing and delivery times

Orders are typically packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Delivery time then depends on the carrier service you chose (standard services usually arrive within 3–5 business days). You'll receive an email with your tracking number the moment your order ships, and another when it's delivered.

4. Storage on arrival

Our pancakes are a perishable food. When your pouch arrives, place it in the freezer right away and follow the storage guidance on the packaging.

5. Returns and replacements

Because our products are perishable, we can't accept returns — once a pouch leaves our kitchen, it can't be resold safely, and we wouldn't want it any other way for your family.

That said, we stand behind every order. If yours arrives damaged, defective, melted/thawed, or simply wrong, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice. That's our promise.

6. Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows your package is stuck or lost, reach out and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and make sure you're taken care of. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for deliveries to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll always do our best to help.

7. Subscription deliveries

Subscribe & Save orders ship automatically on your schedule with the shipping option you chose at signup. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account before the next billing date.
